Jesus Christ vs Secularism
Jesus Christ was so important that His birth divides time. Our common calendar divides time at the birth of Jesus Christ. For example, dates occurring after the birth of Jesus Christ are followed by the letters A.D., meaning Anno Domini, which is Latin for "in the year of our Lord." The dates before the birth of Jesus Christ are dated B.C., meaning "Before Christ." Jesus Christ is so important that the secular world is... (posted by M Randall 6 years 50 days ago.)

Is it Right to Judge Others?
Today it seems the most often quoted Bible verse is Matthew 7:1, "Judge not, that ye be not judged." Some use it without realizing its true meaning and others, Christian and non Christians, use it to avoid accountability. Hypocrites for example would use it to avoid being challenged in their wrong doing. What does this verse really mean? Does this verse teach that we cannot judge others? We see... Defend Your Person, Family, and Property or Turn the Other Cheek?
Jesus states in Matthew 5:39 , "But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also." Some take this verse to mean that it isn't lawful for Christians to defend themselves. There appears to be a lot of confusion on this topic among unbelievers as well as among believers. Are we as Christians just to turn the other cheek... (posted by M Randall 6 years 307 days ago.)

Was Cain's Wife from Another Race?
Some skeptic's claim that for Cain to find a wife there must have been other races of people on earth at that time who were not descendants of Adam and Eve. Were there other races? Just who was Cain's wife? Was she a descendant of another race or a descendant of Adam and Eve? For many people these questions become a stumbling block to the Genesis creation account. Skeptics have used and... (posted by M Randall 6 years 320 days ago.)

The Purpose of Gods Promised Seed
After the fall of man, God promised a seed, a seed that would "bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel" (Genesis 3:15 ). God was speaking to Satan just after the fall, so it is Satan's head that will be bruised but Satan shall bruise the seed's heel. The question then is who or what is this seed. What is the purpose of this promised seed? To find the answer we have to start at the beginning of time, at the... (posted by M Randall 6 years 323 days ago.)
